(Al-Kahf) 18 : 53
وَرَأَى الْمُجْرِمُونَ النَّارَ فَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُمْ مُوَاقِعُوهَا وَلَمْ يَجِدُوا عَنْهَا مَصْرِفًا
And the Mujirims will see the Fire and will be sure that they are to fall in It; and they will not find from it a way out.
Mujirims mentioned in 52 places in the Book such as in 6: 55; 7: 40; 10: 17; 32: 12, 22, and 36: 59-62 are the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar (hypocrites and their blind followers). They are serving Satan and are following his footsteps as explained in verses 2: 168-169.
